A bit boozy, a bit sour, and a total throwback. Over the course of three years we saved four batches of kettle soured GFS and aged them in freshly dumped bourbon barrels along with our house cultures. The beer rested in the bourbon barrels from 1-3 years. We blended the four batches back together and created a bourbon forward cocktail beer experience. Celebrate the old GFS with this farewell tour!
