ST. PATRICK’S DAY - THREE STOUT RELEASES

We’re excited to release not one, not two, but THREE new beers leading up to St. Patrick’s Day! All three beers are mixed culture session stouts fermented in neutral barrels, utilizing the yeast strains and adjuncts still present in the wood from our Barrel Aged ESP (peach sour) and Un Tuteur D’Ecriture (table style) beers.

We present to you the base session stout: Ignotus; the base session stout blended with a bourbon brown: Cadmus; and the base session stout blended with a bourbon sour brown & cinnamon: Antioch.

We’ll be releasing the three beers over three days, followed by a St. Patrick’s Day party at the taproom (also note the extended hours)!

Thursday, March 14 from 4-9pm
IGNOTUS
The base mixed culture session stout fermented in neutral oak barrels.
+ Girl Scouts on site selling cookies!

Friday, March 15 from 4-9pm
CADMUS
The base mixed culture session stout fermented in neutral oak barrels and blended with a four-year-old bourbon barrel aged brown.
+ Live music from Adam Miller 7-9pm
+ Pops Pockets food truck on site

Saturday, March 16 from 2-7pm
ANTIOCH
The base mixed culture session stout fermented in neutral oak barrels and blended with a three-year-old bourbon barrel aged sour brown and aged with Indonesian cinnamon.
+ Nosh Food Truck on site

Sunday, March 17 from 12-8pm
ST. PATRICK’S DAY
Come try all three beers on draft!

Each beer will only be available on draft the day of its release and on St. Patrick’s Day. Each beer will come in 4-pack 12oz cans to-go, available the day-of and after its release. A 4-pack combo of all three releases will be available starting Saturday, March 16.
